Hypothe..HypoTe.. What if Scenario na lang - World Peace
Again I'm really amazed at the different places and events i've been because of Photography.
Yesterday I got a photo gig for a 25th wedding anniversary. I found out when I got there that it was actually a SUPRISE wedding , the children , one from Dubai and one from Hongkong arrived in the evening and early in the morning then met up with me and my friend randy at the lobby of their condo. The plan: go up to their condo and greet their parents who had no idea they were in the country. We were there to capture the moment. Pucha mega panic ako kasi di ko alam na ganun.. I didnt bring my fast lens and everything.. well bahala na si batman..andon na eh.
Ayun akyat kami.. pasok sila sa condo tapos paglabas ng mom and dad nila super saya at suprised... mega higpit ang yakap sa 2 anak. Like something out of a movie.. I really felt how lucky I was to see something like this. The day was full of suprises for their parents, they had no idea that there was a full ceremony, preparation and wedding reception waiting for them at Fernwood QC(The condo was at makati). Tapos Aside from the reception, the children organized special performances like song numbers and dance number for relatives. Tapos pati relatives from india ng groom whom he hasnt seen for a long while went there. Grabe Love was truly the theme fro the day, from morning til night. Siguro kung tatanungin ang parents ano ang macoconsider nila na perfect day.. that would be one of them.
What had me thinking was during the ceremony, both parents where Catholic, the dad was indian and the mom was filipina, the ceremony had additional steps.. there was a catholic priest pero aside from the traditional ceremony of our weddings there was a washing of the feet , a ceremony of pouring sand to a glass container and a ceremony of fire. Im not sure kung baka dahil 25th anniversary , renewal ng vows , eh very lax ang priest.. pero yung nga.. lets just think..in the future.. kunwari na lang sa Pilipinas, Hypothetical lang, what if Mixed marriages becomes one of the key factor to world peace. Wala lang .. mga cool siguro thoughts.. I mean sa pinas the number of mixed marriages is heavily on the rise. We have half japanese or half European, Half korean, half chinese, half indian, half arab, what if kaya sa future the number of mixed marriages becomes so great that we get used to the culture and religion of other races/beliefs. Kagaya ngayon sanay na ang ibang families sa ugaling hapon , or like nung kinasal sa indian culture, or maybe like in the wedding where in different aspects of the weddings from both cultures where integrated.. I wonder if it were possible someday that a hindii and a catholic couple would be wed under one ceremony and pagaawayan lang nila eh nakalimutan kasi ng isa bumili ng diaper. That would certainly cool.. well malamang somewhere in the world or kahit sa pinas ginagawa na to. Biruin mo Catholic and Muslim Wedding tapos magkikita ang magkakamaganak tapos parang wala lang dedma.. tuloy tuloy lang ang kwentuhan at tawanan during reception. I mean that would be the coolest.. because of the love of 2 persons , the gap between culture or religion would be forgotten. Cool siguro.. Ala lang far out thinking lang.

Tsong, nangyayari na 'yan. Personally, I experienced a Chinese-Catholic wedding. Hanep. Red lahat. :)

I have a Pinay and an Indian friend that are caught in between what to do and how to go about the details of their wedding. Kaya ngahindi na nila pinaguusapan dahil it will really create tension to both parties. The thing is they both love each other and nothing can stop them from getting their vows completed (parang awit!)
