Thought for the Day

We had a visitor from the US, his name was Russ from Austin. It was his first time in Manila and was so amazed and thrilled how at home and unalienated he felt when he got here. That was considering he just came from Singapore and Bangalore. But what really stuck to me was one comment he said which I felt really tells the story of our little own City, which is my thought for the day...

He said while looking at the cars in traffic particularly a taxi with some ornaments at the back.. "You know what I really like about this place, there is so much attitude in the different things around us" .. And he was right, just like the pimped out Jeepneys and Cellphones.. We definitely have attitude.
