Vitamins na lang ng Vitamins -Pwes Ako rin!
Napansin ko lang.. lahat na lang ata ng parte ng katawan me vitamins.. Meron Vitamins sa dugo, vitamins sa heart, tapos meron sa liver, sa balat, kanina narinig ko sa radyo vitamins sa kidney at lungs. Lahat marketed ala homeshopping channel na me mga actual case studies pa. Me kanya kanyang gimik pati ba naman naglalakad patalikod kaso ang problema lahat me "no therapeutic claim" lahat (o pwera lang ata gluthathione).. so umaasa ang mga herbal at antioxidants vitamins na mahypnotize lang ang mga nanonood sa mga commercial.
