I was discussing yesterday with a friend on YM the different Agimat heroes like Pepeng Saclao, Pepeng Agimat, Pepeng Kuryente, pati nga national hero natin ang nickname eh Pepe then naisip ko ang thought for the day.. "Ang pangit siguro kung girl ka tapos ang name mo eh Pepe"

Its pretty cool na rin to think na first time me gagawa ng ganito, although hindi amazing ang effects is nice of them to try to open new doors, parang Sin City nga ang cinematography (but not as good).

Pinoy Super Heroes

Just met with a possible client for a wedding shoot here at Starbucks Intramuros. Intramuros, Rizal and other heroes used to walk and study in this place. Cool dito sa starbucks dito, its practically a hole in the wall. Malay natin baka noong araw eh cage or tambayan to ng mga students of intramuros and some of our national heroes have socialized or stepped on the very place Im sitting.

I wonder if I was to invent some super heroes , who would I make? Tipong Pinoy Justice League.

I would call their group, ..hmm ano nga kaya.. Tropang Super?, SUTODA (Super Tricycle Operators and Drivers Associaion)? ano nga kaya magandang pangalan. Lets do this scientifically..what are the current mainstream market acepted names? X-Men , Superfriends, Avengers, Justice League...so pag pinas ... EX Men ..panget parang bading, Best Friends ..parang ano ngayon?...Super berks... hmmm parang pwede tapos teeny bopper ang dating.. Juztice League para parang spoof ang dating.. o kaya imbes na avengers, revengers..spoof nanaman. OK super berks na lang para parang teen idols ang dating. SUPER BERKS, basta hero sweet lover. Syet ang ganda.

Now the nitty gritty, who would be the heroes...Ano ba ang truly pinoy at sikat...

1. Buko Pie Man! - Matapos matamaan ng asteroid ang isang buko sa Batangas, bumagsak ito kay Tonio at tuwing nilululon nya ang buko nagigi syang Buko pie man! Bakit Buko Pie Man at hindi cocounut man or Buko man? Kasi favorite nya ang buko pie yun lang ang reason walang pakialamanan. Tapos minsan lang sya maging Buko Pie Man, pili lang ang instances na nagtratransform sya. Bakit kamo pili lang? Eh kasi naman hellooo, isang buko kaya lulunin nya..mahirap yon no. Ang weakness nya ..hipon. Bakit hipon? kasi bata pa lang sya allergic sya don, mamamantal sya pag nakakain sya ng hipon. I mean , have you tried eating something your allergic too? Ang hirap no!

2. Barker Man! - FX Barker by Day, Bus Barker by night. Yun na, mahirap kasi buhay kaya halos 24x7 sya nag babarker, saka pag gabi bihira ang fx unless sa cubao sya nag barker. Ok ok, lets give him super powers, one night meron engakantado na walang masakyan, kailangan umuwi sa banahaw, bigla nyang pinasingit yung matandang engkantado kaya pinabiyayaan sya ng super powers. Kaya nyang i modulate ang boses nya mala banshee ng Xmen.. CUBAAAOOOO!!!! BUENDIAAAAA!!!! and mabibingi ang masasamang elemento. Ang weakness nya, malat. Tsaka ulan at mahamugan kasi mamamalat sya. Minsan Malamig na tubig bawal rin.

3. Jobillee - parang si Jubillee ng Xmen but with a twist, he got his power from eating a radioactive hamburger sa Jollibee, makakagawa rin sya ng parang fireworks gaua ni Jubillee kaso mostly sumasabog na fireworks kasi mahal ang colorful. Ang weakness nya eh hindi sya pwede dorung december kasi marami syang gig sa mga mall.

4. Bat Mang - prang Mang Bat kaso binaliktad nya kasi favorite nya si Batman. Actually Manananggal sya , pero para hip tsaka after nya ma renew ang interest sa batman because of Batman Begins, nagi syang Bat Mang, and naging mabait sya. noong nag Batman 4 kasi naasar sya. Weakness? Syempre yun dati pa rin, asin, palaspas, tsaka madali syang mapikon pag sinasabi na ang manananggal eh babae. Meron rin namang lalakin gmanananggal parang lalaking nurse at stewardess.

5. GRO Girl! - She's 21, sexy with pleasing personality na sexy manamit at parang nakikiflirt sa mga heroes. Wala syang super power, pero kasama sya lagi ng Super Berks kasi nga maganda at sexy sya, para lagi silang looking forward sa mga meeting kasi andon si GRO Girl. Weakness, wala naman basta cute and witty, weakness nya.

6. Wonder Guro! - 35 Year old , Single Woman na mataray. As in Mataray, yon actually ang power nya, nasubukan mo na ba masungitan ng babaeng kamukha ng teacher mo nung bata ka, parang nakakapang hina, parang it hits you deep down in your psyche to your childhood memories tapos matatakot ka na lang. Meron rin syang pamalo just incase. Ang weakness nya, Regine Velazquez CD's

7. Dr. Driver! - Dati syang Taxi Driver, kaso natanggal sya trabaho kasi nagsara yung company, so lumipat sya bilang driver ng isang doktor, hence his name Dr. Driver. Ok medyo lame ang story nya so bigyan natin sya ng powers. Nakuha nya yung Magic Golden Manibela don sa isang Tito Vic and Joey Movie (ano nga ba title non?) which gives whatever he drives unvelievable speed and accuracy and maneuverability. Sya ang designated driver palagi ng Super Van. His weakness?..Traffic tsaka mahirap na parking, madalas intay sya sa sasakyan lalo na pag me trobol sa mall of asia at greenhills.

8. Party Girl! - Si Party Girl ay galing sa mga anak ni Mariang Makiling, Diwata sya with magical Powers. Her weakness nga lang is mahilig syang gumimik so madalas puyat sya. Maasahan lang sya sa trobol kapang hapon na, pag gabi kasi me gimik nanaman sya.

9. Dyeseanne - Pinsan ni Dyesebel, wala sya gaano powers kasi lalangoy langoy lang sya pero gaya ni GRO Girl, favorite sya ng mga heroes kasi topless sya pag lumalangoy. Malaking weakness nga lang nya gaya ni aquaman eh, pag nasa lupa ang kalaban, wala syang maitutulong, kunwari sa Pampangga or Quezon City or Baguio, malayo sa dagat.


To add also, si Dr. Driver ang nakaisip ng motto ng group na basta hero sweet lover. So wiitty that guy by golly.

Royal Encounter

I was in this foundation I knew and it turns out that the main sponsor for the Foundation was from Princess Caroline from Monaco. Her Son, Prince Andreas Visited the place and luckily I was able to meet him and of course I didn't let the chance for a photo op pass me by :D Ako pa! Eh fafa pa naman ang prince. Like many of my adventures and photo ops, It just kinda happened and never realized I'd wind up in that place at that time. Coolnesss. Me pantalo na ako sa pic with Ayala sa friendster ko.

More Getting Over Tips

In Connection to from a blog I did nung may ata if i'm not mistaken. For some reason, as my friend Lea told me, I've been hanging out with girls who are currently recovering from broken hearts. Like my friend Lea, and just recently my styllist friend , buti yung isang model ko kinuwento nya on the rocks palang sila, and yung isa ko pang model friend and singer cool off sila ng bf nya..hopefully by this time ok na uli sila. Well ok na rin ako para nakakatulong din ...sabi nga thats what friends are for.. plus hopefully nakakatulong ako sa kanila sa mga payo and getting over techniques or at least naaliw naman sila just enough to get them to their next day without being sad. Tanggap ko rin na when they do get back together or find their next partner eh bihira mo na makikita like what happened to my soulmate and I guess ganon din naman when I do get into a new relationship..di na ako always there physically for my friends in need (no pun intended).

So eto na.. Ill try to recap from my old blog and add some new one's...Getting Over or Anti Lungkot Techniques. To make this work, acceptance is key , accept that you are feeling lonely or something about to make you sad isa about to happen and you WANT to fight it , thenand you must treat these techniques like a tool and use them depending on the occasion.

1. Once you have verified that there is no hope for getting back together, ACCEPTANCE is key. Accept also that hoping will just make it worst and should the first thing you lose. In the shawshank redemption morgan freeman said that "Hope is a dangerous thing, it can drive a man crazy in a place like this".

2. Start calling that person if you are still in contact with him , Dude or tsong, or lolah, or hoy..or oypst... para dahan dahan rin masanay ka na di na kayo ganon ka close.

3. The easiest, erase that persons name from your YM and cellphone. Pagpinadalan ka ng quote at joke.. burahin mo na lang, wag ka ng mag reply ng hehehe in hope na sasagot pa sya. Not unless talagang funny yung joke well dapat eh iforward mo sa akin para me pambala ako sa mga nagpapadala sa akin. Kung sunod sunod ang padala sa yo aba me meaning yan ...its either gusto nya mag renew ng communication as friends or baka maybe more!!! So test mo.. why dont you ask ?.. try sending a simple sweet text... "Pwede pasa load?" ...pag malaki pinadala nya syet promising!! pag P5 lang.. wag na no.

4. Of course , do not watch love stories or listen to love songs..kasi after a while makakarelate ka or kikiligin ka kasi after non definitely you'll feel sad..nakakainggit...dati bad trip D'Anothers lang nalungkot na ako... Of course kung me kickass lovescene eh pwede na din.. pang compensate. Syet makikita mo si Brad este Angelina..ahahay.

5. Keep Busy!!! No idle time leaves not time for the mind to wander. Kung wala ka magawa...sa bahay namin kailangan ng tagalinis..promise its very very effective in getting over heartache.. try mo!

6. If you see the persons in your workplace or nearby , you meet him/her in the corridors... I just thought of this last week... Nagka momentary relapse ako..so what I suggest is think like Ally Mcbeal, yun bang whenever some thing happens biglang nagkaka background music.. kailangan pag masasalubong mo sya you must act COOL, CALM, COLLECT, think like a hearthrob , be the Iceman or Icequeen, parang gagawin mo syang casper at dadaanan lang sya tagusana ng stare mo.. kaso mahirap so this is the key ingredient ..play a Barry White Song in your head or better yet as I told a friend.. play Ice Ice Baby .. start with the Bass dundundundugudundun tapos ice ice babeeeh yung pabulong pa..basta play mo lang sa utak mo... either matawa ka or lumakas ang confidence mo. Winner both ways kasi kahit matawa ka magisa iisipinnya sya ang pinagtatawanan mo.

7. And of course Pray, plus stay with friends, Friends will be there to make you strong , and get you through until the next one comes.

Magkahawig na model

Just had a photoshoot last sunday. Barbs my Model/Styllist friend was there for the gig, and my new friend/model (and singer) Tintin was there. Napansin ko na to dati pero ngayon ko lang sila napagsama, magkahawig sila which is kinda cool. Parang magpinsan or magkapatid. Pero super hindi sila related and this was the first time they met. Well you guys be the judge.

Actually parang eto lang rin yan eh.. di naman magkaano ano pero parang pinagbiyak na bunga...

Frog Adventure

Bad Trip!!!!! It rained really really hard last night, I was doin a shoot at my new apartment, tapos biglang sabi ni tintin, yuck me palaka! Ako naman nakita ko yuck nga me palaka. Eh heeelloooo , wala naman palaka sa Sta Ana at QC kung san ako lumaki, di ako sanay manghuli nyan...buti kung ipis yan or daga, sanay ako maghunting... at yak ang pangit ng palaka (syet ang sizzy ko). Pero ala no choice, sa lahat naman na mapapasukan nungpalaka don pa sa kwarto ko, so ang ginawa ko kinuha ko yun basahan, tapos mala spiderman kong tinakpan yung palaka. tapos kumuha akong plastig bag at dinakma, sabay buhat (medyo slushy pa nga) then binato ko sa labas. Eto ang badtrip..meron pang isa!! di ko alam kung pano nakapasok yon pero andon pa uli me isa pa sa kwarto ko, sing laki din, so ganon nanaman! Spiderman uli nung basahan, plastic bag, dakma ..bato.. bwiset talaga!!! Buntis pa ata yung palaka, kasi indi nagtatatalon, medyo mataba, tapos me mini frogs ako nakita na patalon talon sa sala. eh tinamad ako manghuli. ala pinalo ko na lang ng tsinelas kasi nakakaasar na eh. Sorry na lang froggies . Naisip ko tuloy , yuck baka pumasok sa sapatos ko yung maliit na palaka..parang nung bata ako badtrip, nung kinuha ko yung sapatos ko na matagal ko ng di nasuot, pag dampot ko me patay na daga... pero thats another story.

Indian Adventure

for almost 3 weeks now, I've had a string of visitors from India. The Visitors where our clients, in short they pay the bills. They came here for a series of meetings and trainings...yes we were training them. Although they were soooo technologically advanced, when it comes to stuff that cant be taught at school, that is were we kick ass. Anyway I learned a lot from their visits and also from my visits to bangalore as well. Hopefully if you do get indian visitors these tips could help you with the "Peculiarities" in their culture.

Food
- In india people are divided to the veg ("Vej") and non-veg. or non vegetarians. Now dont mistake the indian vegetarians to the salad eating western vegetarian. The Indian Vegetarian is a whole different category on its own and they DO NOT like the same food as the western vegetarian. For them , I would guess a trip to the salad bar for lunch is eating food whose chef was too lazy too cook. Kumbaga sa pork, wala man lang kahit anong timpla basta pinakuluan lang , not very delectable.
- I also noticed that their is a bit of a superiority complex of the non-vegetarians with the vegetarians. Ang feeling ko , the vegetarians are what we can consider "Old School" Indians, mostly those who hasnt travelled outside india, the conformist... and the vegetarians are the guys willing tro try new stuff. First I thought..ang babaw, its just eating meat, whats the big deal...then I tried putting myself into their shoes and being thought and exposed to an environment your whole life to the same type of food and being restricted to it ..then It is a big thing to try something new.
- Although none vegetarians, they do not eat pork and beef. Beef for religious reasons, and Pork because the general notion they have is that it is dirty meat. I just learned this pork thing last week.
- Normal meat is chicken, duck and lamb. But even the way the meat is cooked is slightly peculiar. A few years ago we had some indian guests and I ordered some veggies, and Lechon manok for the other guests. The Indian guys only ate the veggies, but when I went to India they where eating Chicken Tandori which is lechon manok cooked in a clay oven and jacked up with tons of spices. That was the differentiator, the spices and the cooking time of the chicken. It appeared to the Indian guys that the chicken wasnt cooked so they didnt try it.

Dating
- A lot of the Indian guests I have are a bit on the conservative side, nung sinama namin sa club, it was like their first experience to see a naked woman aside from their wives. Walang ganon sa India...or siguro meron pero sa mga metropolitan areas or sa capital, kahit yung mga naka T back na girls super bihira.
- I was in TGIFridays in the City Center in Bangalore on a friday night. medyo marami tao, but I noticed most of the groups sitting on the sits where either all boys or all girls. Out of 20 tables, 2 lang ang mixed ang girls and boys. So I asked why....my friend their gave me a very good answer. Out of the 10 friends he has, only 2 married out of love, the other 8 where fixed marriages, and this was very very normal and something even the children accept and assume . A lot dont worry about finding a girl.. they assume the parents would take care of that. Hindi dahil bawal, kundi talagang ganon lang.
- Marriage ceremonies have an average of 1000-2000 guests. Thats a medium size wedding, and lasts for 2 days.

Culture
- I saw on a newspaper an article about one of the pioneer actresses who was the first actress which came from a rich family.Before her, this was unseen. The actress only started some 5-8years ago. Sa atin parang wala lang panay mga rich girls ang nagaartista naman.
- Medyo conservative(bordering on Lame) ang mga pasttime, trip, gimix nitong mga nakikilala kong indians. Kaya siguro magaling sila sa IT..medyo naturally geeky.
- Sa india, bihira ang nakaturban. In bangalore anyway.
- OO maraming naka scooter or "2 wheeler" they call it.
- Medyo abrasive sila sa work pero sanayan lang. And ganon sila too any nationality even amongst themselves.
- Men have their bestfriends picture in their wallet and they hold hands...not in a brokeback way..talagang ganon lang sila. Bonding between friends their is very strong kasi nga they rarely mix with other genders until marriage, so mula pagkabata mga barkada mo kasama mo.
- I found that witty remarks are a hit , maybe because of the british culture.
- They love to sing and also movies always have a song number and they last for 3 hours at least.
- There are hundreds of languages per state and not all people speak hindi.
- They are very particular of their rank.
- Hindi lahat mabaho, and specially nung nandon ako ang mababaho lang eh yung working class na construction, janitors etc. Its probably our weather thats flushing the spices into their armpits.

Pero syempre, they are as different to us as we are to them. All a matter of understanding and accepting/respecting the differences.

One of the great things in Being Filipino

I work in an IT company dealing with international clients from the US , India , Japan and Malaysia. I've also been and dealt with the French, Taiwanese, Korean and the British. All made me realize how well suited our culture is when dealing with almost any culture. Thats actually what I would like to blog about... How well equipped we are in assimilating any culture ...almost anyway.

I terribly appreciate this part of being filipino. How our culture was formed by so many circumstances , both bad and good that we have right now a culture that is like a universal adaptor equipting every OCW or traveller the skills of easily adapting.

Tingnan natin, yung mga chinese na pumunta rito and nag illegal immigrant na makikita natin sa mga bilihan ng mga cellphone, me pagkamasungit kundi dahil sa cellphone na binebenta nya di mo gustong kausapin . Pero , abroad, mga pinoy maraming mga friend na ibat ibang lahit and even yung mga other nationalities na 3rd world rin. Filipinos are found in almost every part of the world and generally we have a reputation of being easy to work with. I definitely can say with pride that between the more techinically smarter Indians and our group in the office, the US partners find it easier interacting with us. I was talking with a project manager from the US and sinabi daw sa kanya nung project manager nya na she was able to build a very easy working relationship and also a friendship with me during the projects we worked with. Natuwa ako non nung nasabi nya yun. Kasi , when that project manager sent out the reviews of the project team members , she sent out a commendation for the Indian Project Manager , sa akin wala , in general lang.

So naisip ko , winner din ang nangyaring mix mix ng culture natin. Although meron pa rin masasamang ugali syempre pero thats not what this blog is about.

Lets assume that we are looking at an average filipino na indi naman mataray or mayabang or masyadong bilin sa sarili so he is not a difficult person to be with. Just a normal average joe.

So ano ang mix natin?, we have a mix of Malay, Chinese , Japanese (during the war), American , and Spanish Culture. Plus our culture is currently getting a long needed update from the conservative backward spanish thought culture by the OCW's bringing back their experiences and new assimilated culture from all the countries they've been to. Nahahaluan ng first world culture tayo, and its being thought to the families of the OCWs belonging to the CD crowd. And I almost forgot, with the influx of the telenovelas, the latin, korean and chinese culture is introduced to us in a terribly entertaining way. So basically we now have Western/Asian fused culture like one of those restaurants in greenbelt with a very filipino twist. We are conservative for the westerns yet having a culture that they can easily relate too. Yet we are cooler than more asian countries which is why we send so many entertainers to those places. And of course there is the warmth that I think is inert with Islanders, like the polynesian countries na laging nakasmile ang tao and tawa ng tawa..ganon din tayo. Plus add in for spice, of sanay sa hirap and gulo and we are so ready for anything.

My teammates are being sent to Brazil, I believe they would not have any problems dealing with the locals there as our spanish (european) heritage would kickin and they can easily mingle. I was sent to India, thats where our asian heritage becomes useful.

In our food, if we bring a guest from almost any country there is almost something they would like in filipino food. My guests from india , they liked sinigang and mixing kare kare with hotsauce (vegetarian karekare).

In our arts , which is where we definitely excel and make a unique and distinguishable mark, we have all sorts of performers, and music. Di kagaya sa Singapore na mostly Pop , we have all the genre's well represented. Plus napansin ko na we get the best of asian(english) , european and american music almost the same as the other continents have them. Remember Macarena, it was a hit here almost the same time it swet europe, yet the US only catched on a few months after. Same with songs from the US, we get them here almost the same time and it reaches europe later.

Para tayong Chameleon, well suited for almost anything. And I find that admireable about us. Just the right mix of culture to form our own. Wish ko lang talaga as we assimilate new cultures and attitudes we let go of the bad ones we already have. We are so darn ready to rock.

Cool Scene for the day

I was driving by a street in cubao, there was the local basketball ring in the street and kids playing on a wet saturday afternoon, then one of the players caught my eye. NO hindi dahil type ko bwiset!... The kid that was playing only had one arm, and he was playing as tenacious as the other kids as if everything was normal... siguro nga everything is normal.. specially for him its just another basketball day with his friends , and he has learned to make do with what he has , one arm.. so what... sya nga ang nakarebound nung nadaan ako eh. That kid was cool.

Cute and Witty Theory part 2

I blogged about my new philosophy in dating and attraction few months back... Cute and witty is the same and almost better than handsome and hunky. Other idols who can attest to that is Rico J Puno, Ogie Alcasid, and Vince Vaughn. Yup Vince Vaughn is no Brad Pitt but Vince is Dating Jennifer Aniston, Brad's Ex. Syet Idol.

Well some friends of mine who totally agree with this theory agree also on adding a new dimension to this idea and that is musicians have it better than the Cute and Witty Guys, Musicians ...dont even have to be cute.

Sino ang example?, yung dating singer ng south border na nakabuntis kay Amy Perez. Di ko lam kung funny din sya pero definitely mayabang ang dating nya sa TV. Si Ogie talaga ang the ultimate kasi cute, witty and musician pa sya..well tingnan mo naman Michell Van Eimeren ang wife nya tapos nachichismis pa sya na nambababae.

Just recently , while I was in my friends bar, I met with this tall meztiza girl , face like a movie star, body like a model...her Boyfriend/Live-in partner whom she has a child with? ...Dude he is definitely not cute and while talking to him was not witty...pero mabait kasi parang walang kayabang yabang or angas nung nakausap namin...at DRUMMER. Then there is this new friend of mine, a very pretty girl and smart too , she just came off a "cut short" relationship and is really heartbroken about it. I just met with her again a few hours ago and she showed me who that guy who suddenly left her in the cold was... dudes .. di ako hari ng kagwapuhan ..pero ang masaasbi ko...LUGI NEGOSYO... or as my friend Carol would put it..chaka for her. Week before she was explaining to me and another friend how she cant believe she was falling for this guy and was feeling this way when the "almost" relationship suddenly fell south. Ako naman kala ko exaggeration lang... hindi pala hehehe! So I asked her the magic question, musically inclined ba yung guy? OO daw, he plays the drums and guitar..hmmm pasok sa pattern.

Man I wonder me chance pa kaya ako matuto magplay ng instrument. Kaso di ko talent yon eh.. Id rather stick it out with cute and witty :D

Too many changes for one week

This was a terribly dizzying week. Kamote! Just this weekend, Our company changed address, I changed apartments and got my new car all in the span of 2 days. I think I over stretched myself again trying to do too many things at the same time. I think I'm now one of those speed junkies, the new breed of yuppies (nax feeling young) , multitasking, overworking , overloading .. time management is an understatement . Sorry this is a terribly ranting blog as I need somewhere to get this off of me. Im actually doing this to myself and its not doing my memory loss problem any good. What am I blabbering about?... This was my weekend.. Last thursday I worked til 9pm , got home and watched a concert til 2am. Friday I finished a bunch of work stuff, and packed my stuff which has lingered at my desk for over 10 years as we were moving into a new office. I had only 30minutes to do this as I had to leave at 6pm because of a 7pm appointment. At 6pm I rushed to another meeting to meet Denise from Manilafaces who I hope I could do some business with...plus she was kinda cute. After being 30 minutes late because of traffic, had a chat, did our business and went back home terribly tired. I did some preliminary packing then fell asleep cause of exhaustion. I woke up at 730am to do my saturday thing.. left at 10am to go to another meeting. I was suppose to get my new car that saturday but ended up a big loser as my bank no longer opened saturday mornings. Had to cancel the whole thing. Picked up my friend Barbara at the Mall, did some quick shopping for stuff I would need when I move apartments , had to rush to another appointment for a photoshoot at 1pm. It was a shoot for the manila JC's newletter. It was pretty quick, I took some profile shots form the owner of Off price, bought a new pair of jeans as well. Finally getting some time so spare, Barbara and I watched Nacho Libre..It was funny movie.. like an indie version of a Happy Madison Production. Just as the movie ended, we rushed to the car as we had an appointment with Lea as Lea wanted to have a photoshoot, Barbara was my agent/Stylist that day. Did glam and body paint shots, It was a good shoot , Lea was easy to shoot although terribly broken hearted that day. Finished the shoot at 1am, I chauffered for the 2 lovely ladies and brought them home to Navotas and Cainta...Man was that far! But it was cool, I couldnt let the 2 girls commute in the bad weather and that late. I crashed the moment I layed down.

More rants... Sunday woke up using an alarm as I needed to move my stuff from my old to my new apartment, but had to take a detour as I had to accompany my parents to the market. No sweat. Started moving at 2pm and ended at 8pm. I think I slept at 11 , terribly tired once again. Woke up early to accompany my dad for a checkup, It lasted longer than I expected, no problem .. Its a family thing so I should be there. Drove my dad back home, grabbed a cab to go to our new office to see how things are doing... sadly ..not as good as it should, usual moving in woes , no phones no networks and more stuff, I tried to finish as much as I can in the little time in the office. Thank goodness for friends, Randy accompanied me to the bank as I was getting a big sum of money to pay for my car..went straight to the seller , paid off my car, drove the car off to lunch and than to my next appointment for another shoot for the news letter. Somehow I wasnt losing weight with all these activities but actually gaining. Finished the shoot and went to a next appointment , met up with a new friend , Gigi whom I would be having a shoot with. Finally things slowed down a bit, had a chat with Gigi, saw a movie and went home to show off the new car to my family. My mom loved it, my dad was just fine with it as he wanted a honda. My sister loved it as well.

I still haven't arranged any of my stuff in my apartments, everything are boxes and plastic bags, and I am still in the office at 10pm... and miles to go before I sleep.

I saw this movie click with Gigi, felt really guilty watching it as some of the theme hit me hard..Ill blog about it next time.

Damn, even my writing looks tired.
